12U Tournament Information

​2025 Great Smoky Mountain Invitational  – March 15th & 16th, 2025​

Location: Harrah's Cherokee - Convention Center, 777 Casino Dr., Cherokee, NC 28719

 

Facility Rules – NO outside food or drink, full concessions available.

 

SCHEDULE: PLEASE ARRIVE 60 MINUTES EARLY, OUR MATCHES MAY BEGIN EARLY!

Sunday: Schedules vary depending on wins and losses - we will update teams after each game with their next assignment.  Expect to work or play in every time slot on Sundays.  Please arrive 60 minutes early!​​​​​

ADMISSION PRICES
***It is HIGHLY recommended that you purchase tickets online in advance for this event.  Expect to be required to upload a photo to obtain your credentials in the form of a QR Code.***  Athletes are NOT required to pay, but will need a bag tag for entry to the event - coaches will hand these out at the venue when you arrive!

PARKING

There is parking at the venue; a price has not been listed with the event.  Valet parking for the resort is available.

The 4th Annual AAU Great Smoky Mountain Invitational, March 15-16, 2025, will be held at Harrah’s Cherokee Convention Center in North Carolina. Open to girls’ 12-18 Premier divisions, this tournament guarantees five matches per team.
